Eligibility to apply for the post of General Ansar
Gender: Male
Age: Must be 18 years on 02/05/2021 and 30 years on 10/05/2021.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed minimum JSC.
Physical Fitness: Height – Minimum 5 feet 4 inches, Buck size – 30/32 inches, Sight – 7/8
Candidates will not be selected in the preliminary selection if there is any chronic disease.
Preference: Candidates with higher height, martyr family, more qualified in sports and culture, (VDP / TDP) with basic training.
Nationality: Bangladeshi

Rules for online application for recruitment in Ansar VDP
The application form can be filled and submitted from any computer by clicking on the ‘General Ansar Basic Training Application’ link on the Ansar and Village Defense Force website (www.ansarvdp.gov.bd).
Online registration fee is 200 Tk.
Documents required for verification and selection:
- (1) Original Certificate of Educational Qualification
- (2) Original copy and photocopy of National Identity Card
- (3) Original copy and photocopy of character certificate
- (4) Original and photocopy of citizenship certificate
- (5) Original copy and photocopy of the confirmation document (entry form) of online registration
- (6) Newly taken 04 (four) copy passport size color photograph attested by first class gazetted officer
All candidates must be present at the examination hall with pen, pencil, scale and clipboard to participate in the examination.
